Jeffrey Hyslip

Jeffrey Hyslip gained considerable experience representing Banks, Lenders, Mortgage Servicers, Debt Collectors and Corporations throughout the Midwest.  In 2007, Jeffrey decided to “switch sides” and had a hand in establishing one of the largest Consumer Protection Law Firms in the country representing consumers in cases against Lenders, Debt Collectors, and Credit Bureaus.  Since 2007, Jeffrey has been responsible for recovering more than $20,000,000 on behalf of consumers across the country.

Jeffrey has extensive litigation experience in Federal Courts throughout the United States.  He also has written extensively on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.  Jeffrey is regularly consulted by the media, his peers and consumers on legal issues involving debt collection harassment and telephone abuse by telemarketers.
